The tokenstring was generated from the first genesis block in 2018. 30 million yuan was pre-mined as pre-circulation. The initial overall design was to open the mining machine at the same time. In order to ensure the interests of the startup team, 70 million yuan was reserved and frozen as a guarantee 0x75f2709c1c277be1f5dee7236fcbbf50.  For policy reasons, we adjusted to not open the mining machine to individual users and only opened to 12 mining pools, while changing the block output from 40 to 20. From March 2018 to the present, a total of more than 30 million has been produced.  In order to prevent doing evil, after the technical test, the team chose not to keep the key and banish it forever, so, so far, all the tok generated by our packaging service will never be used.  The 30 million used for market circulation has not all flowed to the market, and part of it is used as a reward for the time bank. The total number of toks in real circulation does not exceed 20 million.
 The city package service will start to face the market soon, and the tok generated by the package service in the future will be completely used for circulation.
