Bitso became the major partner of Ripple and MoneyGram at introducing On-Demand Liquidity to the Mexican market. So far, the application has been going successfully.

XRP Currently Bringing 80% of Total Trading Volume on Ripple-Funded Bitso Exchange

@XrpCenter, a major XRP community member shares data that XRP is making 80% of volume on Bitso exchange that is Ripple’s partner at introducing On-Demand Liquidity in Mexico. On-Demand Liquidity has been successfully integrated on the Bitso exchange platform. @XrpCenter stated that XRP is experiencing a good season as the largest Mexican exchange Bitso has been incorporated and Ripple’s ODL product is doing well in the market. Soon after the ODL was introduced, the crypto giant invested an undisclosed amount in the trading platform. The tweet by @XrpCenter indicates that XRP/MXN pair recorded for 80% of the total trading volume of Bitso. Bitso Liquidity Index reached a new ATH again. Consistently with comments on MoneyGram/Ripple, as we have entered into Q4, #ODL volumes have shown sustained incremental rates. This is the beginning.”

XRP Recorded Positive Growth in Q3

Shortly after Ripple rebranded its xRapid product as On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) and went into partnership with the largest Mexican exchange Bitso, the introduction of ODL in partnership with MoneyGram starts yielding a positive result. As part of the partnership, Ripple has invested in Bitso and got them to include one of its major executives to the board of directors. The partnership has not influenced the XRP trading price much, in the last 24 hours, the price surged slightly by 0.54%. Unlike its major contenders BTC and its pair, BCH/BSV have recorded higher gain as a result of its partnership.

At the end of the previous week, Ripple released its regular quarterly report on the result of Q3. In the document, Ripple was able to sort out a key problem, like the movement of XRP to and fro Escrow. It spoke on the latest partnership with Algrim, Logos and other startups, and also the Coinme crypto ATM network. The company also addressed the speculations surrounding them on the issue of fear, uncertainty, doubt (FUD), users have been advised to disregard any rumor that the company is doing perfectly well, the statement went thus: It’s on all of us to rise above the FUD and the tone-deaf who treat digital assets like a religion instead of technologies that can solve real-world problems.”
