Cardano News Today – Recently Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson took to YouTube to answer questions about the Cardano blockchain and the upcoming Cardano Shelley mainnet launch. This Q&A comes right after the first wave of pioneers started testing the Shelley network. During the Q&A section, he talked about several things including the capabilities of the blockchain, trolls who have only had negative things to say about the network, and the all-important Cardano roadmap which is dedicated to meeting the deadline. During the Q&A which lasted for more than two hours, Hoskinson said that the first group of people who started testing Cardano about a week ago have already started getting a hang of how the Shelley mainnet works. Hoskinson said that the pool operators and everyone else who is part of the first group of testers, were educated thoroughly about the mainnet before the test started. Now, they are concentrating on creating blocks on the Shelley network. As soon as the first wave of pioneers get a hang of how staking will work on the testnet, everyone else in the community will have access to it.
Next month, IOHK is going to carry out a balance check right after Shelley has been wired to Daedalus so that users of the Shelley network can remain online throughout the month.
